The Honorable Mention Prize Recipe

Cathy’s Prize-Winning Recipe:
Poppyseed Salad Dressing

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika

Put ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.  Add:
1 cup canola oil
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
Blend 1 minute and serve.  Easy and excellent on spinach salad!
