Mellissa’s Prize Winning Recipe:
Honey Hummus
1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, drained
3/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon cardamon
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and let it mix for about a minute or until well blended. Serve with pita chips.
